1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProxyCards.ca ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Products

ProxyCards.ca sells proxy trading cards. These are unofficial replica cards intended for casual play, playtesting, and collection purposes. They are not official products of any trading card game publisher. Proxy cards are not intended to be used in sanctioned tournament play.

Our catalog is text-only. Product listings include card name, variant (regular or foil), quantity available, and pricing. No card images or rules text are displayed.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices on ProxyCards.ca are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price — no additional taxes are applied. What you see is what you pay.

4. Orders and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• The payment information you provide is accurate and authorized for use.
• You are of legal age to make purchases in your jurisdiction.

Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Inventory and Availability

Product availability is displayed in real time. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a substitution or refund.

Inventory is reserved for a limited time during checkout to prevent overselling. If checkout is not completed within this window, the reserved items may become available to other customers.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

We ship exclusively within Canada. Orders with shipping addresses outside of Canada cannot be processed.

• Minimum order: $25.00 CAD. Orders below this amount cannot be placed.
• Standard shipping: $10.00 CAD flat rate on all orders under $100.00.
• Free shipping: Orders of $100.00 CAD or more qualify for free shipping.
• Delivery estimate: 3–7 business days after order processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@proxycards.ca with your order details and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Due to the nature of proxy cards, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ProxyCards.ca, including text, layout, and design, is the property of ProxyCards.ca. Card names referenced in our catalog are the property of their respective trademark holders. ProxyCards.ca is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading card game publisher.

9. Limitation of Liability

ProxyCards.ca is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or purchase of products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Canada.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
